Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect information provided at checkout.

Custom Orders  
All products are created based on the mountain or location details you provide. Please double-check your entry before placing your order.

Order Changes  
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We can update your order if production has not yet started.

Incorrect or Damaged Items  
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or provide a refund.

Quality Guarantee  
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations  
Orders may be canceled within a short window after purchase, before production begins. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled.
